Field Service Technician

A leading industrial machinery manufacturer is seeking multiple Field Service Technicians to support customers across North America. These positions are responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and startup of advanced CNC machine tools in manufacturing environments. This role is ideal for individuals with CNC machining, machine tool, automation, electro-mechanical, or OEM service experience who enjoy hands-on technical work, travel, and problem solving in fast-paced production environments.

  Install and commission CNC machine tools at customer facilities

  Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair activities on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems

 Respond to machine downtime events and provide break/fix support to restore production equipment  Conduct machine startups, calibrations, testing, and performance verification

 Interface directly with customers, distributors, operators, and maintenance teams

  Document service activities and communicate technical findings

  Support preventative maintenance efforts and equipment optimization initiatives

  Travel extensively to customer locations throughout North America
