  • Travel to customer locations nationwide to provide hands-on technical support, fleet maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services.
  • Analyze vehicle performance issues and implement lasting corrective actions that maximize reliability and uptime.

  • Mentor and support other technicians by sharing knowledge, best practices, and troubleshooting strategies.
  • Represent the company professionally while building strong customer relationships and trust in the field.
  • Maintain accountability for company tools, equipment, and technical resources while ensuring readiness for deployment.

We're looking for a technician who combines deep technical expertise with leadership ability and a passion for emerging vehicle technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of four ASE certifications with ability to obtain additional certifications as required.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Experience mentoring, training, or leading technicians in either a shop or field environment.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and professionalism.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including periods of up to 100% travel when project demands require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE L3 Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Specialist certification or equivalent OEM EV certification.

  • Experience in mobile service, field service, or nationwide technical support environments.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience with warranty procedures, recall campaigns, and manufacturer technical programs.

Here, you'll:

  • Work with next-generation electric vehicle technology and advanced vehicle systems.
  • Travel nationally while solving complex technical challenges that most technicians never encounter.
