    Currently, we are seeking a Field Service Technician to become a part of the HIROTEC team. 

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Plans, directs, and completes activities to ensure that goals or objectives of project(s) are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through assigned manpower. Must have a strong electrical and mechanical aptitude and great customer service skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Travel to multiple customers facilities for Tech Support and Installation Supervision.
    • Request required manpower from Manufacturing and Supervise those Service Personnel in the field for all trades, robot programming, controls, inspection, and die tuning.
    • Responsible for the content of all field service reports, expense reports and customer approval at sites.
    • Customer contact and liaison at installation sites.
    • Assist in initiating invoicing for all billable hours.
    • Assist in providing spare parts to customers.
    • Maintain weekly roll up reports and monitor budget allotments at sites.
    • Field site inspections.

    ***Travel is required in this position; both domestically and internationally***
