Job Summary
Join our team in Bristol, PA, a charming city known for its rich history, vibrant community, and convenient location near major urban centers. We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the installation, service, and maintenance of our company's systems. This role requires significant travel and flexibility in working night and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Field Services Manager and guidance of a Field Services Engineer.
- Install, service, and troubleshoot the company's Cart Containment and other systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on the company's systems.
- Complete service and repair work orders primarily within assigned areas as they arise.
- Travel up to 70% to various areas of the country, with flexibility for night and weekend shifts.
- Make substantive and comprehensive decisions on job sites regarding necessary work to remedy system issues.
- Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to detail while remaining highly organized and efficient.
- Assist in training Field Services Technicians, ASP, and Contractors.
- Take and follow through on directions and instructions while remaining customer-focused.
- Adhere to the company's standard operating procedures.
- Commit to the company's core values, mission, and vision.
- Utilize installation and service scheduling systems and other service and expense tracking.

- Experience with dustless concrete cutting and asphalt.
- Experience installing devices in a retail environment.
- Experience running wires through walls and ceilings.
- Experience troubleshooting and tuning electrical devices.
- Experience bending and running conduit.
- Experience using power tools and scissor lifts.
- Proficiency in computer and other software for installation and service scheduling systems and expense tracking.
Education and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience directly related to the installation of devices in a retail environment such as point of sale systems, alarm systems, or security camera systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and low voltage devices, concrete cutting, bending, and running conduit, and running wires through walls and ceilings; and experience with power tools and scissor lifts.
- Experience as a general contractor or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to ensure cooperation and positive results.
- Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with the ability to maintain a positive driving record throughout employment.
