    Job Summary:
The Mission: To be the "Lead Problem Solver." You lead a crew, handle the challenging stuff, and ensure every customer in Ogden, Layton, and beyond feels like they are our only client.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional home services worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

    Responsibilities:
    • The Face of the Brand: Perform high-quality handyman and residential repair services while providing a "concierge-level" customer experience.
    • Complex Problem Solving: Tackle the intermediate repairs that require more "know-how" (troubleshooting a mystery leak or custom-mounting a heavy TV).
    • Quality & Relationship Management: Lead on-job crew to ensure the "Surv Standard" was met. You are the face of the brand when a neighbor has a question or a concern.
    • Workflow Optimization: Lead Field Technicians to work efficiently—whether it’s the fastest way to clean windows or the safest way to move a piano.
    • Community Growth: Identify how we can further help our regulars (e.g., "I noticed your deck needs a wash while I was fixing the screen door").
    • Growth Transition: As the team grows and new crews are created, your time will shift from "doing" the work to overseeing the work done by multiple crews.
