Field Service Representative

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 5 Months Contract

Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities.
• Consult with management and operation teams.
• Ensure contract compliance with volume and quality specifications.
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
• Create and maintain site paperwork and detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, SDI, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in maintenance.
• Ability to travel within NAM as required for training, etc.
• Ability to respond after hours and weekends.
• Working conditions can be outside, in a trailer using our fleet assets, or at a fixed location.
