The Opportunity

The Service Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of service-related projects by organizing schedules, managing documentation, and coordinating communication between internal teams, field technicians, and clients. This role ensures service projects are executed efficiently and supports overall project success.

What you will do?

  • Assist in scheduling and dispatching field service technicians to job sites.
  • Coordinate material orders, equipment deliveries, and subcontractor assignments.
  • Maintain project files, documentation, work orders, and service records.
  • Track and update project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to confirm appointments, updates, or changes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve issues or delays.
  • Support invoice preparation, job costing, and vendor billing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, contract, and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, service operations, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service/project management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Procore).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • OSHA 10 or comparable safety certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction or building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) preferred.
