We’re seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor who thrives on leading technicians, elevating service quality, and orchestrating work across shop and field. If you enjoy solving new challenges daily and developing others, this role puts you at the center of our customer promise.

    A Day in the Life

Your morning begins with a quick review of safety and performance metrics, followed by a huddle with your tech team to align on priorities. You’ll check dispatch queues, balance workloads, and visit a customer site to verify quality on a recent repair. Back at the branch, you approve work orders, ensure vans are stocked and presentable, and close the day by removing roadblocks so your team can win tomorrow.

    What You’ll Own

    Operational Excellence

    • Lead and participate in the site’s lean operating rhythm: daily huddles, Gemba walks, root-cause problem solving, and leader standard work.
    • Track safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs to boost customer satisfaction and branch profitability.
    • Facilitate technician meetings; escalate issues to the service manager or centralized support as needed.
    • Conduct occasional customer and field visits to support technicians and verify service quality.

    Service Management

    • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all company policies and best practices.
    • Approve timesheets and work orders; maintain accurate service and parts records within our platform.
    • Dispatch, prioritize, and rebalance work orders across resources to meet deadlines.
    • Hold standards for workmanship, van appearance, and inventory levels.
    • Manage the preventative maintenance program to meet company completion targets.

    Team Leadership

    • Amplify the technician voice; identify and remove obstacles across key customer touchpoints.
    • Conduct performance reviews and oversee training, development, promotions, pay actions, and corrective actions.
    • Contribute to staffing plans and guide technician career progression.

    Additional responsibilities as assigned.
