    What you’ll do

    • Service, maintain, and repair construction equipment across mechanical, diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems
    • Use laptops/tablets daily to open/track work orders, review telematics, and document repairs
    • Order parts and help with equipment/parts pick-up and delivery
    • Travel to customer sites as the field mechanic on duty; keep a clean, professional service truck
    • Practice rigorous safety standards; OSHA knowledge is a plus
    • Train and support junior technicians as needed
    • Complete accurate electronic paperwork each day
    • Tackle other duties as assigned

    Do you bring the right tools — and mindset?

    • High mechanical aptitude and strong tool knowledge
    • Solid understanding of equipment schematics and diagrams
    • Great customer service, teamwork, and communication chops

    Background that helps

    • High school diploma (trade school a plus)
    • Field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR; at least 21 to operate a company vehicle

    Physical demands

    • Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and moving
    • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
    • Clean-shaven may be required at certain customer sites
