Field Service Manager

Looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can develop technicians, lead training initiatives, and make a national impact? Trak group is seeking a Field Service Manager to support and grow a network of field technicians while driving technical excellence across mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and develop field service technicians across a national network
  • Design and deliver technical training programs, including hands-on sessions
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting support and guidance to technicians
  • Partner with internal teams to support product knowledge, quality, and field performance


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in field service or customer-facing technical roles
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge
  • Experience training, coaching, and developing technicians
  • Leadership presence with strong communication and ability to present to teams
