What's the Job?
- Lead and coordinate field service teams to ensure timely and effective technical support and maintenance.
- Develop and implement service procedures to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
