Who Succeeds in This Role
The strongest candidates are curious, mechanically inclined problem solvers who enjoy autonomy and customer interaction. Successful engineers are comfortable working independently, traveling throughout their territory, and taking ownership of complex technical challenges.
Candidates coming directly from laboratory environments will also be considered if they have become the "go-to" person for instrument troubleshooting and are looking to transition into field service.
