Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine service checks and maintenance procedures to ensure the optimal functioning of all machinery and equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
3. Conduct repairs on faulty machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to production processes.
4. Provide technical support and advice to clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to implement operational improvements and efficiencies.
6. Document all service and repair work accurately, maintaining a comprehensive record of all machinery and equipment.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, continually enhancing your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in maintenance, repairs, service, and troubleshooting.
3. Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
5. Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
6. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
9. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
10. Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
