JOB SUMMARY
The Field Service Engineer - India provides technical field service for TSI particle instrumentation customers across India. The role is expected to spend approximately 70% of working time at customer sites, diagnosing, servicing, repairing and supporting installations of particle instruments. The role also provides remote troubleshooting, maintains accurate service records and spare parts readiness, and partners with Sales, Application Engineering and the SG Service Manager to deliver a responsive, high-quality customer experience.
As TSI expands its India service capability, the role may also support in-house service and calibration activities for particle instruments and may gradually extend to other product/value streams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required
Technical diploma/certificate in electrical, electronics, instrumentation, mechanical or related science/engineering discipline with relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
Desired
University degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
