Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of medical and laboratory equipment
- Install and configure medical devices, diagnostic equipment, and kiosk systems
- Conduct equipment testing, verification, and performance validation
- Complete software upgrades and warranty repairs on patient monitors and ventilators
- Support FDA field change orders (recalls) and compliance requirements
- Document service work and manage work orders using ServiceMax service management system
- Coordinate with dispatch teams and customers to schedule service calls
- Provide professional on-site technical support to healthcare facilities
