    Work hours

    Monday – Friday 1-5pm, 6-10pm (meal break 5-6pm) Onsite work.


    Job Responsibilities
    •    Perform PC system imaging, Deployment, OS installation, and repair.
    •    Process Helpdesk tickets and provide end-user support.
    •    Troubleshot software and hardware failures and identify network problems related to desktop, laptop, printer, and IoT devices
    •    Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments including software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
    •    Manage and maintain inventory of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related hardware components.

    Job Qualifications
    Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

    High School Diploma or equivalent experience or A+ Certification

    Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal, and written communication.

    Excellent customer service skills.

    In-depth knowledge on PC and its components.

    Ability to dismantle, and re-assemble laptops and desktops

    Knowledge of Computer Networks and connectivity TCP/IP is a plus

    Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 is a plus

    Proven experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on team environment handling tasks/assignments which are moderately complex in nature.

    Must be able to lift equipment 50 lbs.


    Salary: $24.00- $31.50/Hour
