JOB SUMMARY : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and assigning IP phones and numbers, creating new Active Directory (AD) user accounts, and managing laptop inventory and device assignments. You will also be responsible for assigning electronic key fobs, deploying software, and assisting with various special projects. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: COMPTIA A+ preferred, Associate's degree in related computer science preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience in an information technology role. Skills: Prociency in setting up and managing IP phones and numbers. Strong knowledge of Active Directory. Experience with Ofce 365 and Google Administration. Familiarity with setting up recording equipment for meetings. Ability to manage electronic key fob systems. Prociency in software deployment and IT support.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Technical Skills: Basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience with remote desktop support tools. Knowledge of antivirus and endpoint protection software. Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT). Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles. RESPONSIBILITIES : IP Phones & Numbers: Setting up and assigning IP phones and numbers. User Accounts: Creating new AD user accounts and assigning appropriate licenses and groups. Device Management: Managing laptop inventory and assigning devices to users. Board Meetings: Setting up and recording board meetings. Key Fobs: Assigning electronic key fobs to staff. Software Deployment: Deploying software with prior approval. Special Projects: Assisting with special projects as assigned by your supervisor. REPORTS TO : Director of Technology TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT : $45,000 Annually salary Full benets 12 month employee
