If you’re energized by sophisticated machine tools and love solving problems on the front lines, this role puts you where the action is—the shop floor—across the Pacific Northwest. You’ll work with the latest technology, a wide range of customers, and a company committed to clearing roadblocks so you can focus on elite service.
What You’ll Tackle
- Field coverage for the local market: service calls, new machine installations, and scheduled PMs.
- Hands-on repairs across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Customer issue resolution, plus sales support and occasional training.
- Professional, ethical representation of Ellison Technologies on every visit.
- Complete case ownership—accurate records and technical documentation included.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Your Toolkit
- Experience with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers—installing, maintaining, and repairing.
- Proven skills in: PLC Troubleshooting, CNC Machine Repair, Electrical Troubleshooting, Pneumatics Troubleshooting, Industrial Electrical, Equipment Diagnostics & Troubleshooting.
- Clear, confident communication with operators, engineers, and leadership.

- CNC Lathe (2–4 axis) and CNC Lathe (5+ axis)

Where You’ll Work
Across the Pacific Northwest. We maintain an office in Wilsonville, but Service Engineers rarely go in—you’ll be supporting customers in the field.
