Territory and travel
- Primary focus: Iowa
- Regional coverage: IA, MN, MO
- Travel: ~50% with paid travel time (not a national road-warrior position)
What you’ll do
- Install, commission, and service CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
- Execute preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues at the source.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely sales support when needed.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Represent Ellison Technologies with integrity and professionalism.
- Own your cases/projects; document work comprehensively in customer records and technical files.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience installing, maintaining, or repairing CNC machine tools (machining and turning).
- Depth in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service, communication, and follow-through.
