    Description

    What You'll Do (Duties & Responsibilities):

    • Install and run Digital X-Ray medical Equipment.
    • Repair and maintain medical diagnostic imaging equipment, including fixed and mobile X ray (RX) systems, DR Panels (RX and Mammography's), workstations and some others: Printers and CR Digitizers.
    • Train users in the use and handling of equipment so that they can use those properly avoiding failures and repairs.
    • Give remote support to dealers for installations and repairs.
    • Moderate customers on possible problem solutions on the equipment use.
    • Administrative functions suchas: phone call attendance, introduce data on ServiceNow database, go canvas and AP7.
    • Evaluate and decide if the site is able to starting the service.
    • Provide feedback to the Customer, related with issues in the site that must be solved before starting the service.
    • Evaluate if AGFA equipment is able to be installed.
    • To complete the reports within ServiceNow and Go canvas.
    • To escalate a technical problem to next level of support.

    Education:

    • Electronic/electromechanical Engineer (or Technician) / Bioengineer oriented to field work.

    Experience:

    • At least one year of experience in a similar position. Field customer service experience.

    Specific skills:

    • Languages: English 80%
    • IT-Knowledge: MS Office (Intermediate-Advance); Outlook; preferably CRM´s.

    Technical Skills:

    • Analogue and Digital Devices Knowledge, Mechanics, Networking.

    Soft Skills: Customer focus, good interpersonal relationship, service attitude.
