Job Summary
RedViking is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Controls Engineer to join our team in Plymouth, Michigan. This permanent position requires travel to customer facilities to support the installation, commissioning, modification, and ongoing service of RedViking automation and test systems.
As a Field Service Controls Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted representative of RedViking, working directly with customers and the RedViking team to ensure the successful installation, startup, and long-term performance of our equipment. You will play an integral role throughout the project lifecycle, including equipment commissioning, controls troubleshooting, system optimization, customer training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires strong technical knowledge, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively diagnose and resolve issues in fast-paced production environments.
