    A day in the field

    You start the week on-site at a client facility, confirming the last details before powering up newly installed systems. By mid-morning, you’re configuring hardware, running validation checks, and training the on-site team on basic operation. When a technical hiccup pops up, you diagnose it on the spot, make the repair, document the fix, and move on to the next site—all while keeping safety, SOPs, and throughput top of mind.

    What you’ll do

    • Install and configure equipment and integrated systems directly at client locations.
    • Troubleshoot and repair issues in real time to restore functionality quickly.
    • Test and validate performance after installation to confirm proper operation.
    • Follow defined SOPs rigorously to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
    • Complete detailed service documentation and reports for each engagement.
    • Care for tools and equipment; manage a ready inventory of spare parts.
    • Engage with clients on site and provide basic user training on installed systems.
    • Identify risks, delays, or technical blockers and escalate appropriately.
    • Help the team meet continuous installation throughput goals across assigned sites.
    • Partner with FSM and Program teams to refine execution and improve results.

    Travel rhythm

    • 75–100% travel in a full-deployment model.
    • Frequent transitions between project sites regionally or nationwide.
    • Extended stays near active projects are common (often multiple weeks).
    • Flexible availability for night/weekend work and accelerated timelines tied to client deadlines.

    What you bring

    • 2+ years in field service, installation, or a technical hands-on role.
    • Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting ability.
    • Comfort working independently in dynamic, on-site environments.
    • Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to varied site conditions.
    • Proven adherence to structured SOPs and established safety practices.
