Your Role: As Field Sales Representative you will have full responsibility for managing and developing assigned market segments and your main activities will be:

• Creating and executing sales strategies tailored to market needs and company goals.
• Analyzing the market and defining sales development directions based on your own research and the Company data.
• Managing the sales budget and monitoring financial results.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Overseeing the sales process and collaborating with the team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Coordinating sales activities in cooperation with the inside sales team, tele sales, and other product divisions within the company.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor`s degree (mechanical, automation, electronics) or proven experience in these technical fields.
• Experienced B2B sales professionals, eager to take full ownership of their sales territory and market.
• Experience in selling in the industrial sector is an advantage.
• Result-oriented individuals with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to independently analyze market data and draw conclusions.
• Strategic thinking and planning skills for sales activities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Very good command of English, both oral and written;
• Hungarian language is a must.
