Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to educate clients on SmartRoof products and services
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and customer satisfaction
• Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and community meetings to promote the SmartRoof brand and generate leads

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or related industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned territories
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
