The Field Manager, Safety, Health, & Security is responsible for managing the Safety, Health, and Security within an assigned region. This proactive and positive approach will be reflected through hands-on engagement and training of drivers and operations staff within an assigned region, ensuring positive performance against specific safety metrics. The Field Manager, Safety, Health, & Security will be responsible for maintaining and building upon Hub Group's current safety culture within the assigned region and have knowledge of all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the transportation industry
