Job Details

• Lead and oversee the company-wide safety program across multiple construction sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Manage, mentor, and provide direction to site safety staff and jobsite superintendents on safe work practices
• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training programs company-wide
• Oversee incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, and ensure timely, thorough reporting and corrective action
• Maintain and audit safety records company-wide, including OSHA 300 Logs and training documentation
• Manage the Drug Free Workplace Program, including pre-employment, post-accident, and random drug testing protocols
• Serve as primary point of contact with insurance providers and regulatory/compliance officials
• Requires 5–8+ years of progressive construction safety experience, including supervisory or management experience; OSHA certifications (CHST, CSP, OSHA 500 series) strongly preferred
