Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure electrical compliance and supervision across Eastern Washington. This position involves overseeing limited energy electrical work, ensuring adherence to Washington State electrical laws, and supporting the training and validation of field service technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site supervision of limited energy electrical work.
- Ensure compliance with Washington State electrical regulations.
- Validate work hours and support affidavit documentation for certification.
- Maintain detailed logs of supervised work hours and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Partner with the Electrical Program Administrator to ensure accurate hour submission.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Requirements
- Active Washington State Electrical Certificate of Competency in 06 Limited Energy System Specialty Electrician.
- Ability to legally supervise trainees under Washington State law.
- Working knowledge of Washington electrical laws (RCW 19.28) and rules (WAC 296-46B).
- Experience maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferences
- Experience supervising electrical trainees or field-based technicians.
- Familiarity with Washington Affidavit of Experience requirements.
- Experience with low-voltage or power-limited systems.
- Background in compliance, audit, quality assurance, or regulatory oversight.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
