What You’ll Do, Question by Question
- What equipment? Refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
- What’s the goal? Diagnose issues quickly, perform quality repairs, and delight customers.
- How will you work? Independently, using a company-provided vehicle, tools, and technology.
- What else? Keep parts organized and your vehicle in top shape; recommend solutions that help customers avoid repeat issues.

- Competitive pay: $21–$24/hr based on experience and certifications

Must-Haves
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- EPA Type I or Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Capable of lifting, moving, and performing in a physically active environment
- Appliance repair experience preferred
- Clear communicator with strong customer service skills
