Our reputation is built on quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and disciplined project execution.We're looking for a Field Project Manager who thrives in the field, leads teams with confidence, and can successfully manage projects from preconstruction through completion. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing teams, and ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.What You'll DoAs our Field Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple active projects while serving as the primary link between field operations, clients, subcontractors, and company leadership.Your responsibilities include:Lead multiple hardscape construction projects from project launch through completionManage project schedules, budgets, labor, and production to ensure projects stay on trackSupervise, coach, and hold field staff accountable for safety, quality, and performanceCoordinate with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycleObtain permits and coordinate engineering plans as neededManage project schedules, documentation, and budgets within CoConstructReview, estimate, negotiate, and process change ordersMonitor project costs, billing projections, and overall financial performanceLead production meetings and communicate project updates to company leadershipResolve field issues quickly while maintaining strong relationships with clients and crewsSupport estimating efforts and identify future bid opportunities with existing clientsEnsure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to Waterton Construction's quality standardsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of project management experience in constructionExperience managing commercial, civil, sitework, hardscape, landscape construction, or large outdoor construction projectsStrong leadership experience managing field personnel and subcontractorsWorking knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlExperience with construction management software such as CoConstruct or similar platformsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsComfortable spending the majority of your time in the fieldValid driver's license with the ability to travel between project sitesSpanish language proficiency is preferred but not requiredThe Ideal CandidateYou're a proactive leader who enjoys being on the jobsite instead of behind a desk. You build trust with crews, communicate effectively with clients, and know how to keep projects moving forward.
