    Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee field teams, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and quality control.

    • Maintain accurate records of field activities, incidents, and equipment usage.
    • Implement and enforce safety policies, conducting training sessions as needed.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend actionable solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
    • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in field operations, supervision, or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficient in using field management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to field sites.
