Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of field activities, incidents, and equipment usage.
- Implement and enforce safety policies, conducting training sessions as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in field operations, supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
