Field Operations Manager

Lead all onsite construction operations for a large-scale hospitality project. Manage field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and project logistics. Drive schedule adherence and milestone achievement throughout project delivery. Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with all site requirements. Coordinate closely with project management, ownership, and design teams. Oversee quality control processes and proactive issue resolution. Maintain accountability for field productivity, workforce planning, and project execution.

Track record managing projects valued at $200M+. Strong leadership experience overseeing complex construction teams. Expertise in scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor management. Knowledge of construction safety and quality management best practices. Ability to build relationships with owners, consultants, and trade partners. Experience with construction management software and project scheduling tools. Willingness to be project-based and work in remote or travel-oriented project environments.
