You're done with jobs where chaos hits the field and nobody owns it.
You want to be the person who sees problems early, gets crews aligned, and keeps big jobs moving.
You know enough about the trades to earn trust on-site, and you want that judgment to matter.
If you like solving field problems before they turn into expensive messes, keep reading.
We're Action Plumbing. Not your average plumbers. We fix leaks, unclog drains, and make customers smile, but the bigger difference is how we work.
As our Field Operations Manager, you'll join a team built on honesty, integrity, discipline, customer satisfaction, and a family-like culture where people are valued and supported.
Your day lives in the field. You'll move between plumbing, HVAC, underground, electrical, and general construction work, spotting issues early and getting the right people moving fast.
You'll be the Operations Manager's boots on the ground. That means helping large and complex projects stay staffed, coordinated, scheduled, executed, and finished without field issues snowballing into bigger problems.
You'll work closely with superintendents, foremen, project managers, and crews as the person people turn to when something's off. The win is simple: smoother jobs, fewer surprises, better accountability, and customers who end up smiling.
This role pays $55,000 to $85,000 per year for a 40 to 45 hour workweek. You'll also get health insurance after the probationary period, paid vacations, continued training, and real advancement and promotional opportunities.
If you want a place where people hide problems, pass blame, or cut corners, this isn't it.
Action Plumbing is built on honesty, integrity, discipline, and customer satisfaction. Just as important, the culture is family-like. People are supported here, not treated like numbers.
You'll thrive here if you're steady under pressure, respected in the field, and wired to solve problems instead of talking around them. You can step onto a jobsite, read what's happening, coordinate people, and hold the line on accountability.
If you're ready to be the field leader who keeps projects moving and helps the whole operation run better, apply now.
