    We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Field Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our Technical Field Operations team throughout California. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in solving problems while supporting customers and teammates.

    As the operational hub for our California Technical Field Operations team, you''ll coordinate warehouse operations, logistics, field support, customer service, and seasonal projects that directly contribute to the success of our growers and distribution partners. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a meaningful impact.

    What You''ll Do

    Warehouse & Logistics

    • Coordinate the daily operations of the Bakersfield warehouse, ensuring inventory, equipment, and supplies are organized and ready for deployment.
    • Receive, stage, ship, and track products and equipment.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
    • Deliver and retrieve products and equipment from growers, distributors, and customer locations.
    • Safely operate forklifts, ATVs, company vehicles, and other equipment.

    Field Operations Support

    • Serve as a backup Field Service Representative during peak seasons and as business needs require.
    • Assist with equipment deployment, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and retrieval in the field.
    • Support customer field trials and product evaluations.
    • Assist with annual product deployment, refurbishment, inventory transitions, and seasonal operational projects.
    • Help troubleshoot customer and field equipment issues in partnership with the Technical Field Operations team.

    Project & Team Coordination

    • Coordinate and oversee temporary labor crews during seasonal projects and warehouse activities.
    • Assist with planning and completing special projects that support Technical Field Operations.
    • Work closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Technical Field Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure a high level of customer service.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Technical Field Operations team.

    What We''re Looking For

    The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a role where every day is a little different.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Three or more years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, agriculture, field operations, or a related environment.
    • Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
    • Experience coordinating temporary employees or seasonal work crews is preferred.
    • Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and troubleshoot equipment.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
    • Experience in agriculture or customer service is a plus.

    Skills & Abilities

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
    • Comfortable working in warehouse, agricultural, and outdoor environments.

    Travel & Physical Requirements

    This position is based onsite in the Bakersfield, California area.

    Requirements include:

    • Up to 25% travel, primarily throughout California.
    • Occasional overnight travel.
    • Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.
    • Ability to safely operate company vehicles, forklifts, and ATVs.
    • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
