    Job Overview:

    We are continuously seeking experienced Field Mechanics to support our operations in Raleigh and the surrounding North Carolina area. This evergreen posting is intended to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future Field Mechanic opportunities as business needs arise.

    Field Mechanics are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing company vehicles, trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and construction equipment in the field.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment.
    • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel-related issues.
    • Respond to field service calls and perform repairs at job sites.
    • Inspect equipment to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
    • Maintain service and repair documentation.
    • Coordinate with fleet and field operations regarding equipment repairs and downtime.
    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Field Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, or similar role.
    • Experience working with diesel engines, trucks, trailers, and construction equipment.
    • Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs independently.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • CDL and/or relevant mechanical certifications are a plus.
    • Ability to travel throughout the Raleigh area and surrounding North Carolina locations as needed.
