Field Marketing Specialist (Remote, USA)

We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist for a global high tech company. In this role, you will design, execute, and measure integrated marketing and demand generation programs across the United States. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and channel partners to drive field strategy, customer engagement, and measurable business growth.

This is a 12 month (extensions likely), 40 hour/week, remote role in the USA.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi channel marketing campaigns in partnership with sales, corporate marketing, and product teams.
• Lead planning, execution, and follow up for customer events, trade-shows, and executive roundtables.
• Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, and product stakeholders to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication cadence with customers through content development, database management, and lead tracking.
• Manage Opex budgets, ensuring accurate tracking, allocation, and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technology field marketing or demand generation experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; proven ability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with enterprise sales teams and channel partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and cross functional collaboration skills.
• Broad expertise in strategic marketing planning and tactical campaign execution.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a solution oriented approach.
• Graphic design knowledge preferred.
