About the Role:
ORF Home Inspections is looking for an energetic and driven Field Marketing Representative to join our growing team in O'Fallon, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our brand, building meaningful connections in the community and helping homeowners discover the trusted inspection services they deserve.


Responsibilities:

• Represent ORF Home Inspections in the field through direct outreach, networking events, and community engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other referral partners
• Distribute marketing materials and promote services to targeted local markets
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the O'Fallon and surrounding areas
• Track and report on outreach activities, leads generated, and partnership development progress
• Attend open houses, real estate offices, and industry events to increase brand visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to align field marketing efforts with company goals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in field marketing, outside sales, or business development preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in O'Fallon, MO is a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Proficiency with basic CRM tools or willingness to learn
