Field Marketing & Outreach Coordinator– Kennet Orthodontics | Macomb, MI
Kennet Orthodontics is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and relationship-focused Traveling Field Market Coordinator to help grow our presence throughout Metro Detroit!
This is a great opportunity for a natural networker who loves meeting new people, building relationships, getting involved in the community, and representing a growing brand. In this role, you’ll spend much of your time out in the community developing relationships with general dental offices, schools, community organizations, and local partners while promoting Kennet Orthodontics and the services we provide.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general dental offices, promoting Kennet Orthodontics and our services both externally and internally
- Develop partnerships with schools, community groups, and local organizations to increase brand awareness
- Actively grow the Kennet Orthodontics brand and help position us as a top choice for orthodontic care
- Travel throughout Macomb, Farmington, St. Clair Shores, Troy, and Metro Detroit to visit dental offices and engage with local businesses and organizations
- Represent Kennet Orthodontics at community events, township events, networking opportunities, and other local activities
- Coordinate office visits, meetings, drop-offs, and other professional outreach activities
- Identify new opportunities to build referral relationships and increase community involvement
- Track outreach efforts and work toward established referral and growth goals
- Collaborate with the Kennet Orthodontics team on marketing and professional relations initiatives
- Handle light office duties during downtime, such as organizing, cleaning, assisting with phone calls, or supporting the team as needed

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, marketing, professional relations, or relationship management is a plus
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage schedules and outreach efforts independently
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations throughout Metro Detroit
- Comfortable attending community and networking events
- Must be willing to travel throughout the Metro Detroit area
Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
