Ready to shape the future of customer engagement in the US? imagino is looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead our regional marketing strategy and help scale our presence across the United States!
Who we are
imagino is a low-code, AI-powered Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) that unifies siloed customer data and delivers personalized, omnichannel experiences in real time.
We combine the power of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) with advanced engagement and journey orchestration capabilities—powered by zero-copy technology and AI—to help brands reinvent how they connect with customers.
Founded in 2017, we’re 100+ strong across Paris, London, Lorient… and now Boston!
Your mission
As our US Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be the strategic bridge between our Global Marketing team, European HQ, and the US Sales organization. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of regional marketing programs that accelerate pipeline, boost brand awareness, and drive meaningful engagement with enterprise accounts.
What you’ll do:
Regional Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive US field marketing plan aligned with sales priorities and pipeline goals. Plan and manage end-to-end regional events (trade shows, executive roundtables, VIP dinners, webinars, digital events, roadshows). Own the US field marketing budget with a focus on high-ROI allocation.
Sales Alignment & ABM: Partner with Sales Directors and Enterprise AEs to identify target accounts and build bespoke ABM playbooks. Act as a marketing consultant to sales, translating global initiatives into localized, actionable campaigns. Enable the sales team on upcoming campaigns, event follow-ups, and collateral.
Campaign & Content Localization: Adapt global campaigns, landing pages, and content to resonate with US buyers. Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to ensure messaging is relevant and impactful. Leverage regional customer stories to build advocacy and peer-to-peer networking programs.
Analytics & ROI Optimization: Track and report on the performance of all regional activities—focusing on marketing-sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, cost-per-lead, and conversion velocity.
What we’re looking for:
4–6+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or ABM (SaaS/tech experience is a big plus!)
Proven track record collaborating with enterprise sales teams and regional leadership
Outstanding organizational and project management skills—you can juggle multiple high-stakes events and campaigns with ease
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished presence for C-suite engagement
Willingness to travel 25–35% within the US + 1–2 trips/year to Europe
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) and event management tools
Bonus: experience working with a European head office
The perks:
Founding role in our US go-to-market strategy
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
Attractive compensation + equity
401(k) with company match
Unlimited PTO
Home-office stipend
Real career growth in a fast-scaling company
