YOUR IMPACT:

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across the U.S. East. This role partners closely with regional sales leadership, account teams, industry marketing, product marketing, and customer advocacy teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline, accelerate opportunities, expand client relationships, and increase market presence.

The ideal candidate combines strong field marketing expertise with experience in account-based marketing (ABM), industry-focused campaigns, executive engagement programs, and pipeline generation. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to sales while also rolling up their sleeves to execute impactful programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Regional Marketing Strategy & Business Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing plan aligned to sales and marketing priorities, growth program objectives, and target account strategies.
  • Build quarterly and annual marketing plans that support pipeline, revenue, client expansion, and brand awareness goals.
  • Align investments and activities to priority accounts, industry segments, key solutions, and regional business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to regional sales leadership and account teams.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Partner with sales to develop and execute account-based marketing programs for strategic target accounts.
  • Align marketing activities to account plans, whitespace opportunities, executive relationships, and buying centers.
  • Create personalized experiences and campaigns for named accounts and key buying groups.
  • Drive engagement across target accounts through executive programs, client events, digital campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.

Industry Marketing & Vertical Campaigns

  • Collaborate with industry marketing teams to activate industry-specific campaigns and messaging across priority verticals.
  • Tailor programs and content to address the unique needs, priorities, and business challenges of target industries.
  • Support industry-focused events, executive roundtables, client advisory engagements, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Leverage industry insights and market trends to improve targeting and campaign performance.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Design and execute integrated campaigns that generate, nurture, and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Drive measurable contribution to pipeline creation, influenced pipeline, and opportunity acceleration.
  • Partner with sales development, digital, and marketing operation teams to optimize lead flow and conversion.
  • Track campaign performance and continuously optimize programs based on business results.

Executive Client Engagement

  • Develop high-value client and prospect experiences, including executive briefings, VIP events, roundtables, industry conferences, and client appreciation programs.
  • Partner with sales teams to deepen relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Create opportunities for executive-to-executive engagement that strengthen client trust and accelerate business outcomes.

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Plan and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events including industry conferences, regional events, webinars, customer events, and industry tradeshows.
  • Manage event strategy, execution, follow-up, and measurement.
  • Maximize event ROI through integrated pre-event, at-event, and post-event engagement plans.

Data, Insights & Performance Management

  • Use account intelligence, marketing analytics, and CRM data to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Track pipeline contribution, campaign influence, event ROI, and engagement metrics.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations and business insights to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, ABM, Demand Generation, or Regional Marketing within a B2B technology organization.
  • Proven experience developing and executing account-based marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and collaborating closely with account executives and sales leaders.
  • Experience developing or executing industry-focused marketing programs within one or more industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Public Sector, Energy, or Technology.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and revenue-focused marketing.
  • Experience managing client events, executive programs, conferences, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, 6sense, or similar CRM and marketing technologies preferred.
  • Ability to travel throughout the U.S. East and North America as needed.
