The role is accountable for the people (recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining electricians), the customer (serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact, understanding customer needs, resolving concerns, and driving growth and retention of assigned accounts in coordination with Sales), and the work (coordinating with Operations, Project Management, field leadership, Procurement, Accounting, and company management so services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations). Growing and developing our own electricians is a core expectation of this role. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and customer relationship skills and a working knowledge of electrical services, oilfield operations, and industrial environments.
