Southern Royalty Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable Field Manager to oversee daily field operations, support cleaning teams, maintain service quality, and ensure schedules run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cleaning operations and staffing
Coordinate schedule changes and coverage
Coach and support field employees
Perform quality inspections and address client concerns
Manage supplies, equipment, and job documentation
Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency

Qualifications:
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites
Cleaning industry experience is a plus

Schedule:
Full-time
Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Schedule may be adjusted based on operational needs
