As a Field Maintenance Technician, you''ll work in a designated set of stores completing service and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical and fuel systems, and general building maintenance. Territory includes 12-15 stores in Owatonna, MN and surrounding areas. If you don''t currently live in the area mentioned, relocation assistance may be provided.

What you''ll do:

• Diagnose equipment problems, using judgement to determine how to repair or replace.
• Repair and maintain equipment and building electrical wiring, plumbing, refrigeration, and fuel devices.
• Use instruments to test and evaluate performance of equipment; repair or replace defective valves, thermostats, and other parts.
• Install electrical equipment, and repair or replace wiring, fixtures, and bulbs.
• Complete service documentation on what was installed, replaced, or repaired after each call. Reports must be accurately completed and submitted upon completion of job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Starting hiring range: $25.50 - $33.50. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate''s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
