Waterway Carwash is currently hiring a Field Maintenance Technician to support our six (soon to be seven) locations throughout the greater Denver area. This is a hands-on role that involves maintaining all aspects of our high-end car wash and retail facilities, from mechanical and electrical systems to IT infrastructure and facility appearance.

We're seeking a technician with a well-rounded skill set - electrical understanding and experience is a must, and familiarity with plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Total target starting compensation: $70,000, based on experience
$3,000/year vehicle & mileage allowance, paid monthly (must have reliable transportation to commute to the various locations - all tools/supplies are provided)

Responsibilities:
Maintain building interiors and exteriors, including landscaping
Install, operate, inspect, and repair car wash equipment
Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical issues in the carwash tunnel
Work efficiently and systematically to complete scheduled tasks
Support IT systems including computers, routers, and POS systems
Provide guidance and constructive feedback to store managers and other team members
Qualifications:
Degree in a technical field OR minimum of 2 years of maintenance-related experience
Electrical experience or certification (residential, commercial, automotive) is strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Availability to work a full-time schedule that will consist of 9-hour-shifts/45-hour weeks, which will include weekends and holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Able to meet professional appearance standards (e.g., large tattoos covered, neatly groomed facial hair)

Physical Requirements:
Environment: Outdoor work in all weather conditions; exposure to noise, chemicals, machinery, and high-pressure equipment
Physical: Lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, climbing, and overhead work
Sensory: Clear vision and hearing required to navigate and work safely around equipment
Language: Must speak and understand English fluently for safety and operational communication
Schedule: Must maintain reliable, punctual attendance and be available for an irregular schedule including weekends, overtime, and holidays
