Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Installation Manager to support commercial door and gate service operations across the Sacramento area. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing field crews, coordinating service jobs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality project completion.
This role is designed to support leadership by improving field efficiency and managing daily service operations.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee 10–20 active field service jobs daily

Support and troubleshoot field technicians (onsite and remote)

Prepare and run service estimates and job scopes

Schedule and coordinate 1–2 person installation/service crews

Source materials, parts, and equipment for jobs

Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Maintain compliance with safety and building standards (ADA, fire code, etc.)

Work closely with leadership during a 6-month training period
Required Experience

5+ years in commercial door and gate service/installation

Wood/solid core doors

Overhead doors

Dock equipment

Gates and gate operators

Strong troubleshooting and field diagnostics skills
