    Our partner is a Caribbean-inspired spirits brand built around culture, connection, and the belief that wherever you are, Island Time is only a sip away. Our partner is seeking a Field Execution Specialist to rebuild and grow the brand's presence throughout Savannah and the surrounding market.


    This is a field-first role focused on turning consistent market activity into account growth. The Specialist will maintain regular account coverage, reactivate lost business, support existing account velocity, develop new retail and on-premise placements, coordinate with distributor representatives, and ensure the brand is properly executed at the account level.


    This role is ideal for a self-directed, relationship-driven sales or field marketing professional who is comfortable managing a territory, building trust with buyers and operators, and translating field activity into stronger account performance.

    What you'll do

    Account Management & Field Execution

    • Maintain a structured weekly route throughout Savannah and the surrounding territory.
    • Visit existing retail, restaurant, bar, and hospitality accounts.
    • Monitor inventory, pricing, shelf placement, displays, and product availability.
    • Identify reorder opportunities and communicate them to account buyers and distributor representatives.
    • Maintain consistent contact with priority and high-volume accounts.
    • Resolve or escalate execution issues that interfere with account velocity.

    Market Recovery & New Business Development

    • Prioritize previously active accounts that have stopped ordering and work with distributors and account partners to restore the business.
    • Rebuild brand presence across Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Hinesville, Fort Stewart, and the surrounding market.
    • Prospect and open qualified retail and on-premise accounts with clear repeat-order potential.
    • Build relationships with buyers, beverage managers, bartenders, and hospitality operators.
    • Identify hotel, restaurant, cocktail-menu, and destination-account opportunities.
    • Support new placements through follow-up, staff education, tastings, and account-level execution.

    Distributor Coordination

    • Maintain regular communication with assigned distributor sales representatives.
    • Work collaboratively on reorders, new placements, inventory issues, and account follow-up.
    • Participate in distributor ride-withs and market work as required.
    • Communicate account opportunities, barriers, and field intelligence quickly to management.

    Tastings, Merchandising & Reporting

    • Conduct approved weekend consumer tastings as scheduled.
    • Educate consumers on the brand portfolio and brand story.
    • Support priority accounts with tastings designed to increase trial and account velocity.
    • Maintain strong visibility in assigned accounts through shelf positioning, secondary displays, menu placements, and point-of-sale execution.
    • Identify opportunities for additional SKUs and ensure brand materials are presented professionally.
    • Record account activity through the brand's designated reporting and CRM platform.
    • Maintain accurate notes regarding account status, opportunities, and required follow-up.
    • Submit field activity and account intelligence on schedule and provide visibility into competitive activity and market conditions.

    Qualifications

    • Beverage alcohol, CPG, hospitality, retail sales, or field-marketing experience preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Comfortable independently managing a field territory and working against defined performance objectives.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with retailers, buyers, bartenders, hospitality operators, and distributor representatives.
    • Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable managing follow-up across multiple accounts.
    • Reliable transportation required.
    • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned Savannah-area territory.
    • Weekend availability for scheduled tastings and activations.
    • Must meet applicable legal requirements for working with alcoholic beverage products.

    Success in this role is defined by consistent execution in the market, stronger account relationships, and meaningful growth in the brand's Savannah presence. The ideal Specialist will help recover lost doors, increase reorders, protect anchor accounts, open productive new business, build on-premise distribution, and create a stronger foundation for continued market growth.


    Scheduling

    This is a part-time, field-based role requiring regular account coverage throughout the Savannah-area territory. Weekend availability is required for scheduled tastings and activations.

    Pay

    $2,500 per month stipend, plus commission on sales
