About the Role: The Accountant Growth Marketing team is seeking a Field Event Marketing Coordinator to support trade shows, field events, and marketing campaigns for the Accountant Channel. This channel focuses on delivering financial operations automation solutions to accounting partners, helping them expand their Client Advisory Services (CAS). In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events and campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate customer growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a proven track record in managing diverse marketing initiatives.
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days per week)
Shift Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM PT
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, recommend, and manage ancillary marketing events.
  • Own end-to-end trade show execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and logistics are met.
  • Manage event logistics, including contract negotiations, staffing, messaging, email marketing, vendor relations, and shipments.
  • Track, measure, and report on event marketing performance.
  • Oversee a variety of campaigns, including field events, virtual events, webinars, executive events, and email promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaign content.
  • Communicate event plans, progress, and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including spend, results, and forecasting.

Qualifications & Must-Haves:
  • 3-5 years of experience in field/trade show events, growth marketing, or customer marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience managing field events, trade shows, virtual events, and email campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive complex initiatives across teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (at least once per month for US-based events).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Asana, Outreach, and Google Suite.
