You will:Perform technical repairs and maintenance on Roche productsOffer on-site service and support to laboratory customersDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issuesDocument activities and contribute to quality improvementsThis role requires daily travel within the Nashville area, with up to 25% overnight travel. Candidates should reside within 50 miles of Nashville, TN.Qualifications High school diploma plus 2 years of technical training or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in repairing mechanical/system hardware and software, or a relevant Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years of experienceTraining or certification as per RD Services Leadership policiesAbility to travel, including overnight staysPreferred Qualifications 8+ years of experience or a relevant Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of experienceStrong knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and ITAbility to support after-hours and maintain customer relationshipsAdditional Details Relocation benefits are available.
