Field Engineer

The Candidate
The candidate must be a dynamic, driven, organized, ever-learning problem-solver who is able to work effectively in a high-performance culture with a team focus and think on their feet, as our business operates 24/7/365. While system development is necessary, customer satisfaction is our primary goal.

Candidate will have most of the following direct experience and skills:

• Direct experience involving rotary processing equipment a very strong plus
• Strong understanding of mechanical theory covering thermodynamics, heat transfer, statics and dynamics, and materials sciences
• Strong mathematical skills
• Strong excel skills
• Strong report writing
• Effective communication skills with team and customers
• Able to work with minimal supervision and good time management
• Willing to be traveling all the time to customer sites to measure equipment and/or troubleshoot a problem
• Willing to be "hands-on with the equipment. Not afraid to get your shirt dirty
• Willing to be flexible and think on feet simply because change happens all the time.
