Chart's Field Engineers/Technicians are involved in the factory acceptance testing, installation, and commissioning of our cryogenic engineered systems and equipment. They are the final impression left on our customers and are crucial in obtaining repeat business from our customer base. The type of work will include design reviews with the project engineering teams, troubleshooting and testing of new equipment at the factory, working directly with customer and contractors on-site to provide guidance on the installation methods of Chart equipment, commissioning and startup activities, training end-users on the operation, maintenance and safety practices of Chart equipment, and providing feedback and lessons learned to our engineering and design teams.What Will You Do?With the assistance of the project engineers and controls engineers assigned to each project, walk down and function test equipment prior to final shipment to the customer. Support production personnel with any alterations required during factory testingConduct on-site field checkouts, commissioning and startup activities of the equipment after it is installed and train customer personnel on how to operate and maintain the equipment.
