Field Engineer

Job Title: Field Engineer
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Duration: 15 months

Responsibilities:

• Perform laptop and desktop hardware repairs (hard drives, motherboards, keyboards).

• Conduct unit swaps and peripheral replacements.

• Travel across the metro area to complete service requests.

• Update and close service tickets in real time using company-provided tools.

Qualifications:

• Own reliable car with valid insurance (mandatory).

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in laptop/desktop repair.

• PC building experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.

• Ability to resolve routine technical issues independently.

• Must pass background verification and client clearance requirements.
